Buying A Home With No Money Down
Buying a home with no money down can be difficult
or at least increase you monthly payments to the point you cant
afford it. Here you will learn just how to go about it so you can
get the home you want.
You are renting, but you desire to be a home owner.
For generations, building that move has had to wait until you saved
up sufficient for even a small down payment.
But nowadays, the trend is to purchase with 100%
financing and no money down. “First-time home buyers are the
ones who are most concerned in the 100% financing because they want
to make use of any money that they have saved up for trying to furnish
their new home,” said Mortgage Lender Ellen Britton.
A latest survey done by the National Association
of Realtors says 43% of first-time home buyers purchase without
money down. But Britton state just because the trend is mounting,
does not signify it is a good idea for everyone.
