The Center for Real Estate Law highlight John Marshall's dedication to educating the next generation of real estate attorneys and to offering LL.M level courses in Commercial Real Estate. The Center for Real Estate Law include the LL.M Program in Real Estate Law, which was established in 1995, John Marshall's Joint J.D. /LL.M agenda in Real Estate Law, the Robert Kratovil Seminar in Real Estate Law and the Real Estate Law learner Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, the Honorary Law Economics Society.

Entering Full time students who be expecting to make their LL.M in one academic year might apply for a Stanley Marion Fellowship in Real Estate Law.
