Yeah. That's phenomenal. I – I'll tell you what. The first time I did this, you gotta understand I’m standing in front of a group of 175 folks and I knew it would work, but I didn't know if they would follow the instructions exactly and they did and the first time it happened to me they amassed $4 million and it brought chills to me.

To watch it happen and I'll tell you what, it is the one thing that is phenomenal to see and I've had students come up to me as recently as a week ago when I was speaking someplace and they came up and they said I couldn't believe that that happened. And I gotta tell you, since that point in time I've had six boot camps and the folks in my boot camps every time they're following my instructions on the first day they do the homework that night and then next day they come back and so many of them find private lenders and for many of them it’s the first time they ever had private lenders and so far in my six boot camps we have amassed $74.2 million dollars.

$72.4 – let me tell you about one guy. One guy's name is Mike Cantrell. What he did is I have a CD- ROM that I give out. He used that and he followed all the instructions. He came back the next day and he had amassed $7.3 million on his own.

Jeff Adams:
Man, that's great.

Alan Cowgill:
Phenomenal. Phenomenal. Let me tell you about this guy called Robert. Robert says here's a note he sent me. He says I've been in real estate now for about six years and I took Alan up on his challenge and it was pretty late at night and the lender committed $400,000 of fresh money at 15 percent.

God, that's great.

Yeah, and you know so many people out there they think that sometimes they can go out and find this information on their own but where are you going to look? It's tough. And I deliver it to everybody and I've got a huge manual that they get when they come in and I go through that manual.

So many times you go to a boot camp and you get a manual but the instructor won't go through it. What I do is I go through every page in the boot camp manual, step by step by step. And folks, you know, I don't want to overconfidence of maybe our talk tonight, to damage some of your relationships and get – have you get caught off guard with questions you can't answer – come to the boot camp and learn how to answer the questions and don't be dismissed as a fly-by-night because you can't answer somebody's questions. It's hard to go back to somebody a second time and ask for money after you've – missing out on the first time. Come to the boot camp and learn how to do it right.
