Jeff Adams:
Absolutely. And I can tell you this Alan, the most – I want
everybody on the call to write this down: first off, I had a mentor
in the first three years in business as a real estate investor,
okay? Why do you think Tiger Woods has a coach? Why do you think
Michael Jordan had a coach? Okay? The most successful people have
mentors and coaches and basically what you're offering now is
